On Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th June the Unit Leaders went to Northampton for a UK briefing. Punctuated by ABBA tunes, we attended training sessions to help us prepare our Unit, shared fundraising ideas with other Leaders and were shown the prototypes of the kit that we will receive. Most exciting of all were the tents and dining shelters. Few people will find anything like these in their Group/Unit stores!
